These short terms cover how you use CueBank. For what we store and delete, see the Privacy Policy.
The service
CueBank lets you sign in, connect an agent, look up shared published facts, and keep your own notes. You must use it lawfully and not abuse the service (credential stuffing, scraping at scale, sharing access keys, or trying to extract the shared corpus as a competing dataset).
Paid plan
The paid plan is $29/month. Checkout and billing run through Stripe. Free-test limits and fair-use call rates are shown on the dashboard Billing page.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal (open it from dashboard Billing → Manage billing). Card, invoices, and cancelling are in Stripe. Cancel ends access at period end — CueBank keeps no grace after that. Your notes are then kept 30 days, then deleted unless you renew in time. Resubscribe anytime to get a new access key.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future charges through Stripe. We do not promise a percentage refund for unused days of a paid month. If Stripe or applicable law requires a refund in a specific case, that path is through Stripe / your payment method — not a separate CueBank refund percentage on this page.
Your notes and the shared bank
- Your notes are yours to delete in Delete my notes on Settings (type exact
WIPE). CueBank may also auto-delete them under the free 3-day and post-cancel 30-day rules in the Privacy Policy. - Shared published facts are CueBank’s corpus; searching them does not transfer ownership of that bank.
